• No refunds will be provided for partial months of service, unused features, or early cancellations.

• For monthly subscriptions, this notice period still applies. Services will continue until the end of the final billing cycle.

• We reserve the right to terminate services with notice if a client violates these terms or engages in misconduct.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Any additional work beyond the agreed maintenance plan may be subject to additional fees. This includes but not limited to: adding additional content, such as photos, new text, pages and sections.

• While we take all reasonable precautions to maintain your website, we are not liable for any loss of revenue, downtime, or damages resulting from updates, security breaches, or third-party failures.

• We are not responsible for issues caused by client-installed plugins, custom code changes, or third-party modifications.

8. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

9. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
